Luminous Backyard Transformation with Custom Pool & Spa, Putting Green and Louvered Roof Pergola
The Story
This VENTURES client wanted to fill their backyard with fun and entertainment while maintaining an elegant and sophisticated aesthetic. The diamond laid patio surrounding the custom pool, lush landscaping and perfectly placed lighting does just that. With this huge 20’ x 45’ custom gunite pool, 360 degree spillover spa and four hole putting green, there’s no shortage of entertainment either. The attached pergola has a louvered roof which automatically retracts for partial shade, and is fully covered for rainy weather. Emerald green arborvitae and boxwood, ledgerock retaining walls and a built in fire pit add the finishing touches to this luminous outdoor living space.
The Design
The design aspect that sets this dream apart from others is the 360 spillover on the spa, it’s a one of a kind statement! A spillover so clean and elegant, it looks like glass. The round spa sits on the side of a 20x45 rectangle pool, which is accompanied by six bubblers. This large pool creates a warm welcome once you step out under the covered pergola. The rich, crisp colors of the pool compliment the warmer tones of the home and diamond patterned pavers around it.
