The design for our Trout Creek Project features a two-story covered patio extending gracefully from the rear of the house, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
On the walkout basement level, a covered patio beckons with a gas-fueled fireplace, a dining table, and two strategically placed all-weather TVs for versatile entertainment from every seat. Ascend to the upper-level patio, also covered with a tongue and groove ceiling, recessed lighting, and a refreshing ceiling fan. This elevated oasis boasts a built-in grilling station with a hood, a designated dining area, and a fireside lounge equipped with its own mounted all-weather TV.
The project’s wow factor comes in the form of a mesmerizing sheer descent waterfall cascading from the second-story patio into a custom gunite spa and plunge pool below. The gunite plunge pool, can be heated for a luxurious spa experience with warm water pouring in from the waterfall, or left cool for a revitalizing plunge on scorching summer days. The surrounding patio offers a comfortable sitting wall and a few steps leading up to yet another fireside lounge, completing this outdoor haven with style and functionality.
