This property had a pretty exceptional existing patio; outdoor kitchen and bar with a wood-fired pizza oven on one end, grand stone chiminea, and lounge on the other. But Ventures brought it to another level altogether, with all the beauty and comfort of a luxury resort in their own backyard.
A custom pavilion was constructed beside the kitchen for a shaded dining area. The gorgeous pavilion features a stained tongue and groove ceiling with battens to cover the joints, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, coach lights, and flowing white curtains. Below, the beautiful sandstone-colored pavers arch around the curves of a custom gunite pool with a diving board and tanning shelf. Opulent blue tiles line the pool and three waterfalls cascade into the beautiful blue water.
The pool and patio are surrounded by landscape beds as lavish as the pool itself. Luscious garden beds overflowing with hydrangea, boxwood hedges, evergreens, arborvitae, and ornamental grasses, create a space so tranquil and luxurious, you’ll never want to leave.
