This simple yet elegant addition features an attached pavilion extending off the back of the house. To blend seamlessly with the architecture of the home, Ventures used: matching house brick, wrapped craftsman-style pillars, and a coffered ceiling with recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. The pavilion is designed as an outdoor living room. The centerpiece is a beautiful stone fireplace with a gas fire below and an all-weather TV and speaker system mounted above the mantle. Across from the fireplace is an outdoor kitchen with a built-in stainless grill, refrigerator, and pullout storage below a marble countertop. The marble overhangs the outer edge of the pavilion with a row of comfortable bar seating. Two steps down is an extended patio with Adirondack chairs around an open fire pit. The patio is laid in a sleek modular pattern with beige pavers and limestone coping that is illuminated with under-step lights. A perfectly manicured lawn spans the remainder of the property.
