Maybury
The ornate brick and woodwork of this attached pavilion give it a distinctly European charm. The brick fireplace is double-sided with inlays of white architectural stone, reminiscent of old-world Tuscany. Gas logs combine the convenience of a gas fireplace with the natural appearance of a wood-burning one. An outdoor TV is mounted above the fireplace’s mantel, with a sectional and lounge to stay comfy and cozy while you enjoy the entertainment.
As you look up, the incredible ceiling is sure to captivate. It is a stained tongue and groove with battens to cover the joints and a unique v-groove profile between boards. Recessed lighting and a ceiling fan add the finishing touches. The expansive pavilion also shelters the outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, refrigeration, and stainless steel pullout disposal bin. The white architectural stone reappears, beautifully inlaid in the brick kitchen and pavilion’s support columns. Under coping lights illuminated the step down from the covered pavilion to the exposed patio, laid in the same modular pattern as the raised portion with a slate grey inlay accentuating the borders. A second firepit is built into the lower patio with woven lounge chairs surrounding it for comfortably enjoying a fireside chat or roasting marshmallows with the children.
