White Pine Circle features a custom gunite pool and spa. The pool itself was designed with a traditional rectangular perimeter and an inset spa with spillover allowing for an auto cover that retracts and covers the pool at the flip of a switch. The inset spa has spillovers on two of its four sides and sits beside a wading shelf with two bubblers.
The surrounding patio is laid in a classic running bond pattern for a sleek minimalist look. The patio features a built-in gas-fueled fire pit, and two bump-out lounge areas; one around the fire pit and another tanning lounge beside the pool.
The back porch features steps leading down to an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, refrigeration, storage, and a black granite counter with bar seating. Hydrangea, spruce, hosta, and arborvitae landscaping and a wrought-iron-inspired fence complete the space.
