This beautiful backyard had the pool of every child’s dream; with towering rock formations, a waterfall, and a waterslide carving its way under a stone archway. In collaboration with the pool contractor, Ventures designed and built an incredible patio, pool house, and landscaping. The surrounding patio was paved in a modular pattern with borders gracefully wrapping around the curves of the custom pool, garden beds, disk golf turf, and raised tanning shelf. The poolhouse is as luxurious as the pool itself. Inside is a changing room with tongue and groove ceiling, beautiful arched dormers for natural light, a ceiling fan, and recessed lighting. The exterior boasts an outdoor shower, an attached pergola with string lights, and a lounge area under the pavilion with coach lights and pull-down shades. A stone fireplace is built under the pavilion with an all-weather TV mounted above and a lounge area around. The attached pergola shades the outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, granite bar, and outdoor speaker system.
The home’s raised deck needed some TLC as well. Ventures replaced the railing with a more modern, wrought-iron-inspired rail and built beautiful lighted wood columns with rock-faced limestone coping to match the pool house.
